Making academic findings easy to understand and practical to use
I worked with the What Works for Wellbeing Centre (UK) to gather, synthesise and then share the findings from academic research on wellbeing into formats that can be used by frontline staff.
Many of those working on the frontline in policy and practice are faced with a wealth of information but not always the means and time to review and assess what it means for their work. I coordinated and written summaries of evidence, co-authored a guide to measuring wellbeing and created assets such as slide decks that can be used by frontline staff to share findings within their teams.
